REQUIREMENTS:
- Be a resident or citizen of the USA
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older
- Must successfully pass background checks; FBI, PA State Police, and Child Abuse clearances
- Requires 3 references to validate experiences; at least two must be professional references
- Successful drug testing required (random drug testing completed throughout term employment)
- Must possess a high school diploma and 1-3 years of experience working with people diagnosed with disabilities.
- Must possess a car with updated inspection, registration, and insurance in the candidate’s name Or Be willing to use public transportation.
- Have a valid driver’s license (3 years driving history check required)
- An annual physical is required and a TB test with negative results every 2 years; or, if the tuberculin skin test is positive, an initial chest x-ray with results noted. The annual physical must be completed within 12 months prior to employment and every 2 years thereafter.
